Snow is on the way once again! Currently, the National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has posted a Winter Storm Watch.
WASATCH MOUNTAINS I-80 NORTH-WASATCH MOUNTAINS SOUTH OF I-80- WESTERN UINTA MOUNTAINS-WASATCH 417 AM MDT MON APR 13 2015 ...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON... * AFFECTED AREA...THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL UTAH. * WINDS...VERY STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS MAY GUST IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH BEGINNING TUESDAY MORNING. I've also posted a link to Alta's latest edition of their "On the Lift" series with yours truly. We shot this last week on the Wildcat Chair at Alta and as you can clearly see it was a pretty good powder day. During the interview I called this potential snowstorm more than week in advance. Yes, that's the sound of me patting myself on the back. No shame!
