At the Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge, we strive to provide you with a home-away-from-home experience. We are a ski-in, ski-out with more than 90 rooms ranging from suites to standard-size rooms. Once you’re here there’s not reason to leave the lodge unless it’s to go skiing. Your stay includes breakfast and a four-course dinner. As well as a complimentary après spread before dinner. The Motherload Powder House Ski Shop is located on the premise and you can be outfitted with skis within minutes of your arrival. Our Saloon and Top of the Lodge dinning room offers stunning views of Mount Superior and the Alta Ski Resort. Oh, and did we mention that we’re only a few steps away from the Collins and Wildcat chairlift?

Located in the town of Alta, Utah, at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon, in the heart of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest, we’re only 45 minutes away from the Salt Lake International Airport. Which means that if you time your flight right you could be skiing the “Greatest Snow on Earth” the very same day. Any snowboarders in the family? Snowbird is just down the road and we can help get you and your family there with our complimentary shuttle service.

First built in 1961, the Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge retains a rustic mountain feel while providing an array of modern amenities, including a recreation room, a gym, and an indoor hot tub. The Lodge has been a vacation home for generations of families who continue coming season after season not only for the convenience but also for the memories they create here.
